Stop the Bleed course and goal is to train adults how to stop life-threatening bleeding. This a free 1-hour course with didactic and hands-on learning; each participant will receive a free tourniquet. There is no cost involved for guests who want to attend so please come and join us for an evening to learn together.

Stop the Bleed Details: 

• 25 Maximum - participants per course

• FREE 18+ adults 

• FREE tourniquet provided for all participants 

• 1 hour course

• Ho'okupu Center - Timeframe reserved (5:30pm-7:00pm) final course time TBD 

• Tourniquet will be installed at Ho'okupu Center 

• Queens Medical Center will provide the instructors, equipment, flyers, etc.

Kupu will provide the Ho'okupu Center facility use, light refreshments (cookie/snack) and complimentary water/juice per every course.
